VISAS

Cambodia

British, Irish, Canadian and US nationals can obtain a one month tourist visa on arrival at Phnom Penh or Siem Reap International Airports or at the border with Chau Doc in Vietnam. A fee of US$20 in cash has to be paid at the airport and you will also need 2 passport photographs. If you are arriving by boat from Vietnam, the visa process is the same but the fee is US$23 in cash. Other land borders charge US$25. Arriving on a weekend incurs an additional supplement of US$2-3.

Laos

All western nationals require a visa to enter Laos. Your visa will be issued on arrival (on presentation of 2 passport photos and a visa fee currently US$30 payable in US dollars cash). Please note these visa regulations are subject to regular changes.

Philippines

For most foreigners staying up to 21 days, visas are not required upon entering the country, provided visitors have valid passports and tickets to leave the Philippines. Visas are required only for stateless persons and citizens of countries with which the Philippines has no diplomatic relations. For visitors who are planning to stay up to 59 days, a temporary visitors visa is required, and registration with the Commission on Immigration and Deportation is necessary. Foreigners arriving from an area infected by plague, typhus or yellow fever are required to have valid vaccination and immunisation certificates. Holders of Hong Kong and Taiwan passports need special entry permits. Visas and permits may be obtained from Philippine embassies and consulates.

Vietnam

Visas for Vietnam need to be arranged in advance of travel. The Audley Travehe appropriate forms and apply for the visa on your behalf. Your passport will be required for a few days for the visa to be stamped in. Ordinary single entry tourist visas are normally valid for one calendar month. Longer duration, business and multiple entry visas can also be arranged.

Important Note: We cannot under any circumstances guarantee that your visa application for any country will be accepted. However, in our experience refusals are extremely rare. Visa information is given in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge
