Please note our tours include all meals. Breakfast and evening meals are normally taken in the hotels and lunches will be a packed meal including a soft drink.
All the military base visits and Government repair plants are as usual with Russian trips subject to alter at very short notice.
Any pleasure flights taken during the tour are deemed to be a contract between the owner/operator and the passenger(s).
Sunday 19th August
Meet your fellow travellers at London Heathrow Airport for your Aeroflot Airlines flight to Moscow

On collecting our bags we transfer to the “Izmailovo-alfa” hotel and join the rest of the group.
Monday 20th August
Planned for today are visits to the following the Panki Mil plant, Chkalovskaya air base (Transport Base)
and the superb Air Force Museum at Monino one of the world’s best museum with many research and
development aircraft on display. Late afternoon visit to the Moscow Model Club.
Tuesday 21st August
Planned for today will be a trip to Nizhny Novgorod.
Early morning flight Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod
Visits to the Airport, Sokol Mig plant and the Chkalovsk Aviation Museum
Evening flight Nizhny Novgorod to Moscow
Wednesday 22nd
Planned for today is a trip to Saratov
Morning flight Moscow – Saratov with YAK-42 Saratov Airlines
with visits to Saratov Aviation Park, and Engels AB (Il78, Tu160)
Evening flight Saratov – Moscow with YAK-42 Saratov Airlines
Thursday 23rd August
Visits will be to the Victory Park and its display of aircraft, the Armed Forces Museum,
and Bykovo Airport.
Friday 24 August.
A visit to MAKS Exhibition and airshow on a trade day.
Saturday 25th August
Civil Airports tour of Vnukovo, and the repair plant VARZ -400, and Domodedovo Airport.
Sunday 26th August
A full day at MAKS Exhibition & Airshow. Note VIP tickets will be supplied.
Monday 27th August
Visits to Tver(Migalovo) Air Base (AN22.Il76) and possibly Klin AB or
Torzok Army Base(Assorted Helicopters)
Tuesday 28th August
Returning home to London.

various European Airlines at a supplement. Please request details.
LAND PRICES
For those who would prefer to join the tour in Moscow, we can provide a ‘Land Only’ price.
This price does include all arrangements within Russian including internal flights, but does
not include international flights.
If your arrival / departure are at a different Moscow Airport or does not coincide with the main
group’s arrangements, then transfers to/from the hotel will be required and arranged by us
at an additional cost.
DEPOSIT & BALANCE OF PAYMENT
A deposit of £100.00 per person is required with a completed booking form.
The balance is normally due 4 weeks prior to departure, but the date will be shown on
your invoice/confirmation.
It is mandatory that your have your own Comprehensive travel Insurance. We can suggest you
consider one of the following policies (Note Single Premium rates apply up to the age of 84. All
other policies apply to persons under 65 years of age, but extra premiums may apply for persons
age 65 and over. Details on request)

3) P J HAYMAN ADVENTURE ACTIVITY INSURANCE PREMIUM: £44.00 per person
Please note it is also possible to obtain a Top-up policy for flying on specific days should
you have your own standard holiday insurance policy. Details on request.
PASSPORTS
Citizens of the UK are required to be in possession of a full UK Passport, which must be valid
for at least 6 months from the date of your return.
VISAS
A Russian visa is required. For UK Residents we have arranged a courier service to obtain the visa
for you, which costs £77.25 including the Russian Embassy charges and Special delivery.
A Visa Application Form with instructing for obtaining a visa will be sent with the confirmation of booking.
If applying for your own visa you will require a Letter of Invitation and
tourist voucher from our
Moscow Agent, which will be provided on request. Foreign nationals should check with their
local Russian Embassy regarding visa
requirements.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Currently there are no compulsory health requirements for Russia, although there may be some
highly recommended such as protection against tetanus and polio. Please consult your local
doctor, medical centre or health clinic for the latest advice.
